Chefs Life was founded in early 2021 by renowned chef Brian Malarkey with one mission: to simplify the often confusing world of cooking oils and make home cooking effortless.

When the world shut down in 2020, Chef Brian began hosting virtual cooking classes to support charity efforts—and after teaching over 100 classes, he noticed a common theme: many home cooks were using the wrong oils for the wrong jobs, especially reaching for extra virgin olive oil when high-heat options were needed.

Seeing an opportunity to demystify the oil aisle, Chefs Life was born—a line of chef-approved cooking oils that bring restaurant-quality results to everyday kitchens, with zero guesswork.
